Aim: To give a satisfying end to the crew, to form a more complete shared understanding of what the crew experienced together, and to surface any ways the “EA Crews” project might be improved.

❤️ Revisit cases (10 minutes per case)

The crew reflects on their experience thus far by revisiting each case to take turns sharing:

• What the experience of participating in that case was like for them personally
• Reflecting on what they took away from it

The case bringer is also given an opportunity to share any updates on how the situation has progressed and answer any questions.

Note: It’s perfectly okay for no or minimal progress to have been make on the case since the case clinic, many will not have changed.

⌚ Retrospective (20 minutes)

• The crew takes some time to generate two lists:
  1. “Keep” (Loved that, do more of that, etc). For example:
     • Loved the feeling of connection
     • Sam did a great job of scheduling
     • The templates were easy to read
  2. “Change” (That could have been better, that could be improved). For example:
     • There was never enough time for the reflection stage
     • The intro session could have been more structured
     • Notion is hard to use
• The lists are shared and added to if people are reminded of things or want to put something in own words
• Everyone has the opportunity to share some final thoughts
